Ingredients:
Coriander - 275 gm
Pepper - 90 gm
Tuar Dal - 70 gm
Red chilli - 25 gm
Bengal gram dal - 25 gm
Jeera - 1 tbsp
Hing - 1 small piece
Curry leaves dried - 1 tbsp
Recipe:
Dry roast all the above ingredients and finely powder them. Store in a tight container.
