Ingredients:
Tamarind - 50 gm
Jaggery - 1.5 table sp
Salt - 3 tsp
Mint leaves - 1 tsp dried and crushed
Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
Hing - 1 pinch
Dry ginger powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/4th tsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Water - 500 ml
Recipe:
1. Wash and soak tamarind in 1.5 cup water for 3-4 hours
2. Strain and boil it, then add jaggery and cool it
3. Mix the remaining ingredients and remaining water
4. Chill with crushed ice and add mint leaves in the end.
